This has been quite an eventful week. My mom is 60% effaced and over an inch dilated. My head is "engaged" and I am in position for birth. The doctor is not sure that I will stay inside very much longer! Dr. Abikhaled is in Lebanon so everyone is praying for her safe and quick return.

Today was my last ultrasound. I was practicing my breathing. The ultrasound doctor says this is a really great sign that I am getting all the blood, oxygen, and nutrients I need to thrive. Guess how big I am... 7 pounds! The next doctor appointment is on Wed and that is when we should  get a confirmed induction date.

Wow, I am about to be born!
